Lingering Thoughts
Why does Villanova always take their time to inbound the ball after the opponent scores? They should be looking to push the ball up the court right away. Instead they put their heads down and slowly pass the ball in, giving the defense time to set up. It's not just this team either. Foye, Ray, Nardi, and Lowry used to do it also. I don't know if Jay Wright tells them to do this, or just allows it, but it needs to stop. With quick guards like Scottie Reynolds, Corey Fisher, and Malcolm Grant they should look to push the ball up the floor and try to catch the defense out of position while in transition, leading to easy baskets.
